Try applying a few drops of an oil onto your pillow; or on a tissue and place the tissue in your clothing drawer, pocket or purse (use your imagination). Several drops of oil(s) can be added into a spray bottle of water and can be used as a room freshener. You can also apply a few drops of oil to an aromatherapy diffuser or to the top of your correlating chakra beeswax candle before lighting (do not apply directly on wick but on the wax of the candle).
